What the day trip tourists are after is the lakeside temple of Ulun Danu at the banks of the water. The Hindu Shrine is just a couple of meters places into the wet environment and offers a marvelous view.

The Ulun Danu Shrine is probably the best panorama on the island and every day plenty of people come in with big and small buses to enjoy this unique scene. There are a couple of great sights around and when visiting this places in the north it needs some patience because most time is spent on the hilly and narrow country road.
