In July a Kite Festival bring thousands of people from the region in and have them fly to make “good mood” at the Hindu gods for a good time. You can book some diving courses in the hotels and resorts and enjoy the underwater water colors since there are still enough fishes and other sea creatures around but leave them alone better get them grilled in the evening.
